These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website canna-east.com and related domains operated by PingSMS d.o.o. ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our store or making a purchase through it, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, photos, and information for all products. However, minor deviations in packaging, labeling, or product appearance may occur. All CBD products are compliant with European Union regulations and contain less THC than the maximum amount allowed under current regulations.

3. Age Restriction

To purchase CBD products in our store, you must be at least 18 years old. By submitting an order, you confirm that you meet the age requirement applicable in your country of residence.

4. Compliance with Local Laws

The customer is responsible for verifying whether the purchase, import, and use of our products are permitted in their country or region. We are not responsible for orders seized by customs authorities due to local regulations.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are quoted in Euros, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the European Union via Eurosender. Free shipping for orders over 65 €. Expected delivery time is 4 to 7 days. Delays caused by customs procedures or import regulations are beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened CBD products cannot be returned unless they are defective. For more information, please see our separate Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. CBD products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult with a qualified healthcare professional before use.
