Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the canna-east.com website and related domains operated by the company PingSMS d.o.o..

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all European Union member states. For shipping outside the European Union, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via Eurosender. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.

4. Delivery Times

• Croatia: estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 days
• European Union countries: estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and external circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping is €17 for orders under €65, both within Croatia and internationally. Shipping is free for orders of €65 and above.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For shipments outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or other charges may apply. The customer is responsible for payment of these fees.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the packaging and products. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
